Are you asking where the sharpness tool is in PhotoLab? If you have a profile for your lens use the Lens Softness Compensation tool.
If you don’t have a lens profile for your lens use the Unsharp Mask

I have a lens profile for all lenses, but i do not see this “Lens Softness” Option (its not there). Any Ideas about a usefull Unsharp Mask Setting?

Have you checked that it is visible in the palette? Check the list of tools available from the hamburger menu at the top of the detail palette.

Yes. More than once. It is not here. I try to reset it? I always use the standard menu without my own pieces/modifications.

What happens when you type ‘softness’ into the search box at the top of the palettes? Doing that should filter out all but the palette called ‘Lens Softness Compensation’.

As long there is no lens module for your camera / lens combination (not installed ?)
you only see “Unsharp Mask” instead of
PL 7.12
PL 8.3

I’m on PL 8.1.0 and have also only the lens softness box.
@Hexxer , use the lens softness box. It should be the same.
What version do you have?

@Wolfgang ,
I believe you have to switch PL7 and PL8. It was first lens sharpness and now lens softness.

That’s what I read.
But on my pc both PL8.1 and PL7.10 mentions softness. Earlier versions mention sharpness.

Update: D7500 works (my fault) but Z50ii the option is away.
All modules are loaded. I made a screen record.

Maybe you used some external software (Nikon Transfer??) which edited the Z50II raw metadata in a way not fully “understandable” by PL. Try with unmodified, out-of-camera raw – it will have ‘.NEF ’ extension, not ‘.nef ’, and only 4-digit number, not 6-digit like in your example.
I tried a Z50II sample raw from dpreview camera review, taken with Sigma 56mm F1.4 DC DN (C018) (RAW) lens. No problems using PL8.3/Win. BTW, I couldn’t find any raw files in your link.

Hi,
greate idea with dpreview. I made a fresh picture with my 70-300 and still nothing happens. And you are right, on Dpreview everything is fine.
