[Resolved] Pureraw 6 not working on macOS 27.2?

Upgraded to 27.2 yesterday.Today PR 6 loads and then exits immediately. Just me ? Or are others experiencing the same thing?

PR V6.8.0 works fine on my MacBook Pro M4 Pro running macOS 27.2. Perhaps ensure you have the latest version (V6.8.0) of PR installed.

HI, I had the same experience a couple of hours ago. I tried reconfiguring permissions and authorizations on my Mac, but to no avail. I contacted DxO customer support and reported the issue. I’m waiting for a response

Same problem here! I contacted DXO Support. Sent also the DXO-Diagnostics-File back. Waiting for solution…

Meanwhile I tried again older Versions of DXO 5.X.X with 27.2. All not working anymore…

I also have the latest version, downloaded and installed today. I’ll have to wait for an update.

I am also experiencing this issue with PureRaw 6.8 on MacOS 27.2 on an M5 Pro. Created a ticket with DXO.

Mine opens and stays open but after processing an image and the pop-up window that says “what do you want to do now?” I usually select go to finder to open the image in other editing software. Pre-27.2 the PR window remained but now when selecting go to finder it closes. I ended up just opening the destination folder manually and went on my way…

Hi! Same problem here with PR 6.8 , but just after upgrading to macOS 26.7.2.

I have 27.2 and DxO Pure Raw 6.7 build 3. Everything works fine. I see that PureRaw 6.8 is out. I’m afraid to install it. I’ll leave things as-is until everyone here has a working system.

I reverted to 6.0.0 build 23 and its working for me.

Can I ask where you downloaded it from? I can’t find it on the DxO website. It only lets me download the latest release.

you could try uploading it to this folder, you should have permissions
