Radial mask

It would be great if DxO photolab offered the radial mask in addtion to the other masking options

I’m very confused that PL8 still don’t have radial masking feature! Why DxO wan’t add it. Advanced masking in PL is not really advanced without this basic functionality.

Hi,
PL does have radial masks, and since a few years I think. It’s called a control point. Just set chroma/luma to zero and you have it.

Ian, you’re partly right, but you clearly haven’t followed the link I posted above, back in 2020, for the rest of the discussion. The limitations of Control Points need to be considered. The Nik Collection now includes the ability to reshape Control Points. However, that ability hasn’t been added to PhotoLab yet. Some of us were hoping for it in PL8.
