Or you could use the SQL I posted at Some database querying tools that you might find useful to get a human-readable version of the keywords using the SQLite browser.

Or, if on a Windows system, you could use the exportKeywords tool I provided at PhotoLab Keyword Tools to generate various human-readable versions of the keywords (including an HTML version). No SQlite browser needed and there’s a matching importKeywords tool.
