Problems opening TIFF-files with Dfine

Hello,
I can’t open any TIFF-files with Dfine, that I have converted vom Sony waw files. I convert the files with Affinity Photo to TIFF, I can open them in Silver Efex, but not in Dfine. When I save them with Silver Efex as tiff, I can open them in Dfine or Sharpener Pro.

Is there an easier way?

In AP change “Compression” from ZIP to None,

while you may choose RGB-16-bit, Bicubic …
