Problem spotted. DPL is not the culprit. It occurs only when using Generic rendering | From Camera. The selected rendering for this Fuji X100 photo when shooting was Velvia Vivid. If I use the same rendering in Lightroom, the same clipping problem appears. When using any other rendering from the camera, be it in DPL or Lightroom, the problem doesn’t show up.

/not about your specific raw file/ it was illustrated many times on this forum before with raw files having synthetic raw data patches embedded inside the image frame ( imitating small steps in raw DN close to clipping ) that DxO code will clip where ACR/LR will not ( just tested yesterday with v7.3 )
