PL9.5 download gets stuck at around 155Mb / 374Mb

Hi, I’ve tried to download the PL9.5 update on two different machines and both get stuck at about 155Mb. Eventually the download times out. I tried using the in-app download and by registering as a trial user. Downloads from other sites are working fine. Anyone else seeing this? Many thanks, Peter
