Hi. I’ve been trying to use this program since seeing it on micro four nerd’s channel. I’m trying to install it through the trial email. I’ve tried on both my windows pc, and my windows laptop now, and neither of them can install it. The download stops half way each time. I’ve tried using bing, chrome and firefox. I’ve reset my internet multiple times, my connection is perfect. It’s not an issue on my end as far as i can tell. I’ve never had issue installing a program or a game before like this, but this download just refuses to complete. It just gets stuck on ‘resuming’. I can only assume the install file is corrupted or something? Again, i’ve tried multiple times, all the same issue every single time, across multiple machines. Anyone else? Can anyone help? I am tech savvy usually, but this has stumped me.

Not me. I’ve never had an install issue and I’ve been using PhotoLab since about 2019, on Windows 10 and 11. Plus, prior that I used DxO’s OpticsPro, on Windows XP, again without any install issues.
