How to efficient cull, sort and tag day's of burst pictures of one subject like a carrace

For my workflow, I’d not want it to move anything. I mark images for editing directly in PhotoLab by picking. This is enough to be able to filter out those I’m not interested in now. Later, I will revisit and do different picks.

The only permanent marking I do is anything I publish to Flickr I mark with green colour in LrC and this shows up in PhotoLab. As I have an all-DNG library, this label is stored in the file.

If this tool was doing the initial picking, I’d want it to be able to surface that state without moving things around, because I will just want to move them back again.

Thanks. I would just say “do everything LrC does” but that’s not really helpful. Hopefully what I wrote above is detailed enough to appreciate the level LrC provides, and to decide what, if anything, you include. But if you have questions, I’m very happy to answer them, and I can provide sample images with embedded keywords if you need that. I know @Joanna has a lot of knowledge of keyword storage based on her own app work.

I’ve added that to the feature todo list, we’ll research and plan, I should have some outlines in a couple of days; looks a very worthy feature to implement
