I guess it’s server load but when I log in my account shows no software to upgrade even though I own nearly all the things. Anyone else having that trouble?
While you ultimately have to determine that for yourself, I will point out that PL8 + Nik 7 has some basic perspective correction tools (in PL8) but lacks anything that ViewPoint 5 adds. Some older versions of Nik Collection had Perspective Efex, but that is now gone in favor of ViewPoint. I use the VP adjustments extensively, and the new ReShape Fusion tool is surprising me - I’m finding it to be invaluable.
Full disclosure: without ReShape Fusion, ViewPoint in PhotoLab has been rather broken. VP5 is very much worth having over its predecessors.

The statement about DXO can be translated as: “Apparently, I don’t have a license.”
They’re funny at DXO. The only product from them that I don’t have a license for is PureRaw.
Everything purchased before 2021 has been removed from my account including the licenses and invoices. My viewpoint license is gone now. Very upset about this.
One good thing about this year’s offer. Essentials has effectively disappeared (there is a special link to get to it). Only Elite is promoted, which makes sense as Essentials has always been a second-rate product, which just makes DxO look bad.
Tell the people out front what the product costs and give them that product. Not quite there yet, as Fine Contrast and Luminance Masks are still in FilmPack, but much closer. At least the basic perspective functions are now in PhotoLab (ViewPoint is not essential for photographers who are not doing architecture or real estate).
I’m in the same boat. Was hoping to upgrade to PL8 with this sale, but all my licenses have disappeared. I can see my invoices on the invoice/order tab. Hoping it gets resolved soon.
Ah so the question is whether it’s a site update issue or DXO trimming accounts. I’m not buying anything regardless of BF savings until this has been addressed and some comment from DXO is provided.
Me, too. The license page says I have nothing, but the My Orders page has a long list over several years of purchases. I guess I’ll wait until they get it fixed. Come on, DxO, you’re losing money!
I also have the same issue. Under “my software”, it states I have no licenses. Under my orders, it shows invoices from 2021 through 2023 (I have not bought anything in 2024). I should have licenses for every version of PhotoLab Elite (1-7), and ViewPoint 3 & 4.
I have opened a support ticket, and have includes screen shots of the My Software and My Orders screens.
Same for me. My purchases are there, but no licenses. Hopefully this is a short-lived issue.

Same here… no more licence in my account…
In marketing there is a name for it : BAD BUZZ
And for a software company it does not give a good image even if everybody could be concerned by bug and hacking.
Let’s them hope to get back everything in order in the next days !
Based on comments above I attempted to check my account.
Right now, I cannot even login. First a 404 error, and now a 504 gateway time out
Perhaps we need to let the dust settle before panicking.
My Account has no licenses, either. But I can use the link in a confirmation email and the activation code successfully. Just need to wait for site traffic to diminish.
I upgraded to PL8 and VP5 on Black Friday and am absolutely delighted with the discount. Thank you DxO! PL, VP and FP are great software tools and DxO should get its price for them. As a reminder, we feared that DxO would change the licensing model. They didn’t do that! They have built in new features and that needs to be relieved. Sure, it could have been more or better, but my minimum expectations in particular were met.
