DxO PureRAW 6 Trial - Will not load a DNG file

Installed PureRAW 6 Trial. Tried to load a DNG file and received the msg popup:

 Import Error
 These images are either not supported or have already
 been processed in DxO PureRAW or the files may be
 corrupted

and the file does not load.

The image in question loads fine in latest versions of LrC, PS, and Topaz Photo AI.

My system specs
Processor Intel(R) Core™ i7-14700HX (2.10 GHz)
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)
Disk Space (C) 577 GB Free
Display 3840 x 2400
Windows 11 Pro 25H2
GPU 1) NVIDIA RTX 1000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU - 6 GB
2) Intel (R) UHD Graphics

I can’t find any other references to this problem in the fora.
Camera raw files seem to load fine in PR6.

I can supply the file in question if needed.

Appreciate any help and/or insight.

Go to support.dxo.com and search for the words dng supported pureraw. There you will find the answer.

PureRaw only supports raw files not DNGs or Jpegs or….

Not quite accurate:

“DxO PureRAW will accept DNG files created natively by supported cameras found in the list of supported cameras and lenses. DxO PureRAW also supports DNG format if the original RAW format is supported in the program BUT only as long as they have been generated by Adobe Lightroom, or Adobe DNG Converter (RAW DNG) without any further corrections (RAW-DNG) and without compression.”
