Connexion to DXO server impossible since 2025 08 01

today, I cannot connect to the server with PL8, so I cannot download the modules for my camera/lens
the DXO website seems to have a problem
can you correct this ?

today 2025 08 02, the DXO server is unreachable, on Mac book, iPad and iPhone. it seems to be a problem on the server. I cannot download any module. Only the shop section is available.

I can connect to DXO website on my PC windows 10 but I cannot connect with my MacBook safari, iPad opera and safari
so, the problem is only for Mac user ???

If you can download the modules with PureRAW but not with PhotoLab, the problem is probably in PhotoLab. Get the newest version from your shop account and install it. Current PL has version 8.7.2

If the problem persists, copy the module files from where PureRAW stores them to where PhotoLab usually keeps them.

Do you use any security software that could e.g. block access to the server, disable a startup item or background task of PhotoLab?

As reported above, I can download all the modules I need.

I was able to download module in pureraw4 hidden folder, and copy them in the module folder of photo lab. so, I can work with my pictures !
but, I don’t understand why I cannot aces to https://www.dxo.com on my Mac with safari, on my iPad and iPhone with safari. I can access with google chrome web browser, and also with my pc under windows 10.
the system inform me that a certificate is not valid.

the module problem is solved, but the dxo server access problem remain !!

I too get sometimes warnings from my FF browser that a website doesn’t respect some safety rules. Even from respected websites.
Maybe it’s some setting in your Apple account since not every one with a Mac has that problem.

If that is the case then your Mac software is working as it should and protecting you from connecting to a potentially risky site.

Only DxO can fix the problem, by installing a valid certificate on the server.

Meanwhile, all you can do is work around the problem and use systems that allow you to ignore the invalid certificate and connect to the site anyway.

Same Issue on Mac OS Monterey

First : I can’t download any optics modules
So
 I Reintsall all. And finally, I can’t validate any licence (PhotoLab, Nik Collection)
I submitted a ticket on DxO Hotline. I hope they’arent on holidays :wink:

I have the same issue with my 2017 retina iMac running Ventura. My Macbook Air running Sequoia is not having the connection to servers problem.

It works for Win11 here.
Check in your browser if you have ‘Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46’ as trusted root certificate (I’m not a Mac user to help with this). Certificate for ‘*.dxo.com’ is certified with intermediate certificate ‘Sectigo Public Server Authentication CA OV R36’ which in turn uses the mentioned root certificate. These are quite fresh. See Sectigo Public Intermediates and Roots . You may use SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) for TLS/certificate check by SSLlabs. DxO has renewed certifaces recently, they have start date July 22, 2025.

I could resolve the problem of downloading optic modules and update PL and access normally to all dox.com website
The problem was the missing certificate sectigo R46
I connected to sectigo and downloaded this certificate

after downloading, I have opened the keychain (trousseau) app on my Mac
and click on “import” a the top of the screen
import succes
test Photolab succes
test safari success

I don(t understand why this certificate was missing, but now, it works
to day, I have no feedback from the teem duo support 

so, I will send a message to the support to informe the problem is resolved
