Wow ! @NicolasH : you saved me! Thanks for all ! Best regards from Nantes and thank you very much once again… everything works again

And the iPhone and iPad?

And thank for all @Wlodek

Hey there, thanks! That worked on my iMac running Ventura. The Nik Collection and Photolab both connect to the internet now.

I tried to do the same on IOS but I don’t know how to install a certificat and cannot find the good one. But I doesn’t matter; the problem with Mac was to download optic module.

Hi
I have a answer from dxo team
they have identified a problem with my Mac version of Ventura 13 7 7 and are working on it.
nicolas

I’ve had intermittent issues in accessing the forum and main pages, but not the support and downloads. The latest change to my mac was a new version of Safari - and I hope that DxO’s webpage fix will cover the issue with a wider scope … including Safari 18.6 on macOS Sonoma 14.7.7.

The idea behind my question was that you can synchronize them in some way. My wife had so. So maybe a certificate on one will be automatically be installed on the others. I’m not sure, I’ve Android and windows.

No
I have found that ios have specific certificate sertigo but I don’t found the good for my system
But if I cannot open dxo.com on ipad ou iphone, it doesn’t matter
