Why are the images unfocused/blurry from 18% to 50% zoom, but images zoomed in 55% and up are focused/sharp?
It can depend on the content of the image but, if you look at several of the tools like the Chromatic Aberration, you will see that clear rendering is not properly available below 75% zoom. There is a warning icon:

But, you can use the loupe to verify on smaller areas at lower magnification…
