Will not Export

I’m giving at a try for the first time. When I try to export to disk or Flicker, the panel shows green until about 20% is done, and then goes red. I’ve tried folders with DXO and outside of it. Same issue Any thoughts?

Hello and welcome.

Are you on windows or macOS?
If you’re on macOS, have you given PL permission to write to those locations?

What kind of file types are you editing and what kind are you trying to export?
PL is a non destructive editor so you will not be able to export a file in the same format to the same location as the original.

What’s the little error message given when the red indicator is shown?

I’ve the same. I think it’s the combination PL7 and Deepprime. Last time I saw something like “lost connection with the .dop file” but a dop file name with another name. Win 10 and PL7.

Welcome to the User forum, Dave.

George touches on a good point - It’s possible that your machine lacks processing resources necessary to export with Noise Reduction set for DeepPRIME;

  • what’s the configuration of your system - Does it have a GPU ?

  • try changing the Denoising “type” to PRIME (which uses only your CPU)

  • are you processing from RAW files, or from JPGs ?
