Why no Photolab 9 + Nik Collection bundle?

Hi,

Why on shop there is no Photolab 9 + Nik Collection 9 bundle?
It would be nice to have such option.

Probably because you can pretty much do everything in PL without using Nik.

Plus, Nik works best, as it was originally designed to work, as a plugin to Photoshop.

FilmPack was also designed to work with Photoshop, but is offered in bundle.

But FilmPack was originally designed to work with PhotoLab.

Still, who knows what these marketing wizards are on about, but at one time, anyway, I think there was a PL + Nik Collection bundle.

It’s more than that, FilmPack is an integral part of PhotoLab, it’s not a plugin to PL. If you have PL you already have FP but you can only get at its features if you pay extra for an activation code.

You only need the stand alone version of FP if you want to use it in Photoshop.

A PhotoLab + Nik Collection bundle wouldn’t be very useful for most users.

Either, as already mentioned, they already have PhotoLab, in which case the logical bundle is PhotoLab + FilmPack (no disruption to the raw workflow),

or they don’t use PhotoLab, and in that case, the logical bundle is PureRAW + Nik Collection.

And there is indeed a PureRAW + Nik Collection bundle available!
