PL6 supports Fujifilm X-T4
PS: except of course DxO does not know how to get focusing distance from Fuji raw files ( not only for X-T4 ) and hence all optics correction in Photolab must be always done manually, guessing the shooting distance to the focus point 
and setting the range so that geometry correction will be done properly …
Same problem with Sony E lenses, even more annoying that they do read the distance in the Mac version and used to in Windows at one time
