We don't need white letters AND a blue box

Just another request for the same thing from another user. This will fix the current low contrast, unreadable Tools labels. I’ll know the label is “on” by seeing the obvious blue box to the left of the label. I don’t need white letters AND a blue box. What I need is to see the letters from further than 12". Thank you.

…and some of us like to have a UI that is more readable. Currently, readability is fairly poor if screen brightness is set around 100 nits (cd/m2). Note: Higher brightness values are not advisable, specially if one intends to print one’s images.
