Visible processing chunks in images

In some of the images of a batch of about 280 that I just processed with PureRAW 6 there are what I can only describe as visible “chunks” of processed image partitions.
This seems to appear in images with a smooth background because so far I only saw this in this batch and only in the shots of this bird with a similar background.

For context, Nikon Z7 II at ISO 25.600.

DeepPRIME uses tiles, e.g. 672 x 672, for parallel processing. “Tile artifacts” can be seen in extreme cases under very heavy shadow recovery combined with other edits. In that case they usually look quite differently, with artifacts seen only near tile edges, while your example looks more like a result of NVIDIA driver bug or hardware problem (overheating, power supply, degraded silicon??). The grain seems to come from LR, btw. What is your hardware/drivers? Please consult DxO support and let us know their response (might take time).
