After updating to latest version (5.2.1), standalone program cannot start.
An empty white screen is opened and nothing more happens, even if waiting 10+ minutes.
My system: laptop with Win11, ryzen7 4800, 32gb ram, ssd nmve, gtx1650 4gb

I suggest re-installing the application … if that doesn’t help then you’re best to lodge a support request with DxO.
I have exactly the same problem. I have reinstalled ViewPoint several times, but the same problem keeps occurring.
still problems. i have downloaded to get a trial. when i open the sw it asks for the five group code, as in actvating a bought version. i´ve been mailing a lot but they still say, follow this link etc. i´m confused, don´t they want to sell this product
Do you have this activation code?
Otherwise you will find it on the confirmation email and in your account space on the DxO website.
