Unable to connect to server - PureRaw activation

Hello,
I already use the trial version of PureRaw on another computer, it’s working fine so I wanted to buy it and install it on my second computer.
My problem is when I click on activate or start trial I have a error message “unable to reach server - try later (14)”.
My internet connection is fine. I disabled my firewall to try, still not working. I tried to reinstall, restart computer, and also tried on another connection, nothing.
Do you have any idea ?

Often these kind of problems are related to the DNS server in use.
Look in your computer and see if it’s using your router and if so - either change the DNS setting in the computer to use 1.1.1.1, 9.9.9.9 or 8.8.8.8 and see if that’s better.

Ok thank you for answering, I’ll try this and see if it solves my issue. If not I will contact them.
