Trial, where to enter the serial number

I have installed the 20 day trial of Pure raw.
After one hour I was sure I like it very well, and I bought the full version.

the problem:
I have searched in all menus, there is nowhere a field to enter the serial number, so I had to reinstall the software using.
The installer called it “repair”, what is correct, but a bit scary when i only like to enter the serial number.

Your support page writes, that the field to enter the serial number will appear automatically after the 20 days.
That is Ok. But the trial does not allow me to convert more than 20 files. But i would like to convert more than the 20 now, a this time, so I would like to enter the serial number somewhere which i just bought, so I can use the unlimitet conversions.

Please add a option to enter the serial number during the trial, not only at the end of the trial.

PS. If the option is available but I have overlooked it, please accept my apologies for my comment.
However, I have not found it, so it is quite well hidden.

I don’t have a way to test this with PureRaw 4, and it’s possible PR4 is different from other DxO apps, but the way activation works in DxO apps generally right now, is that after you pay, you close the app. The next time (and every time) you reopen the closed app in a free trial, you should see a pop-up window (you might have to first close another promotional window) asking whether you want to continue using your free trial, or activate a paid license. Since you’ve paid, you want to select to activate. You can copy from your confirmation email and paste the entire license activation number into the first field of that activation window. And that’s it. You should have full access to the program.

You could try shutting down everything and rebooting the device, then restarting PR4. You should get that pop-up window asking: Continue using the free trial for X more days, or Activate with the license code you got in your confirmation email.

If this isn’t working, contact customer support. Even if PureRaw does this differently than other DxO apps right now, there should be a way in PR4 for you to activate and fully use it right after you pay without waiting for the trial to run out.
