I have not installed FilmPack 7 on my machine ever. I downloaded the trial and it said there were 31 days left but that the trial had expired. Not going to pay for the program just to try it. Any ideas?

Was really hoping for more information, because I am aware that I can put in a ticket. Thanks at least for the prompt reply.
Sadly, only DxO can resolve your problem and DxO will not react / respond to questions like this on this user forum. You have to submit a ticket.
Just curious. Approximately how long was the elapsed time from when you downloaded it to when you tried to install it? Could it have been several weeks?

Good thought, but it was only 5 minutes at most. I did put a ticket in so we will see what they say. If anyone know where in the registry on Windows that it can tell me where the registry key is set for DXO (I will probably poke on my own) it would be appreciated. From what I read, if I did try 2 or 3 years ago to use another DXO program to be able to edit RAW files from my new camera, those trials are not supposed to cross. Curious if anyone has found different.
The trial period is specific to FilmPack 7. Regardless of whether you previous owned or trialed any other DxO software, including earlier versions of FilmPack, it should still work. FilmPack 7 was introduced in September of 2023. That is quite a while ago. Are you absolutely sure you didn’t download the trial for this version previously?
