I have been using NC 7 for awhile now and and thought I would try NC 8 for the trial period. I am running Sequoia on an M3 Macbook Pro. I have entered the activation code for the 30 day trial period. My issue is the fact that the dialog box to enter the activation code pops up every time I use it. I am using it as a plugin in Photoshop as opposed to a stand alone app. I did not run into this when I was in a 30 day trial period with NC 7. Does anyone have any suggestions on why the activation window would still be showing up?
Presumably to remind you of the remaining probationary period and show you how much time is left.
I have the same behavior with a PhotoLab 9 trial on Windows. Seems intentional by DxO to encourage buying a license.
