Is there an adequate function in DXO like ‘Match Look’ in CaptureOne to transfer the look of a reference image?
You can certainly copy adjustments from one to another
Topaz Labs once had a tool called Restyle which could “capture” the style of an image and then apply it to a target image. I used it to give an “autochrome” look at some images and the result was rather nice.
An image ‘look’ / corrections can also be saved as a preset you can use at any time.

Thank you for your answers. However, that is not what CaptureOne does, or what I meant. ‘Match Look’ uses AI to take the look of an unprocessed, imported image and apply it to another image.
In that case, you are going to be disappointed
