There are a few features that are missing and the lack of them is quite distress to me. One of this is a Tone Curve tool in local adjustments. Could you add it, pleaseeeeeee?!
yes – I’ve been waiting for this for a while
I used to regularly use tone curves on layer masks in Photoshop. Oh how I miss those days.
Although, a thought just struck me - has anyone tried using ordinary contrast on a luminosity mask, to only increase contrast for a particular tone range?
I shall away to my desk to play with this ![]()
No, but try …
e.g. for better shadow separation.
Still, it would be really good to be able to use the tone curve locally.
This would be such a great improvement if we were able to adjust tone curve in local adjustments. I sure hope this gets some traction or I’m going to need to keep using lightroom specifically for this.
Agree - curves for local adjustments would be great. Indeed, allowing all types of edits on local adjustments rather than a sub-set panel would be better … the way Capture One does
+1 for Tone Curve in local adjustments - and please with the option of separation the RGB, R, G, B, L layer, e.g. for a local adjusted blue tint in the shadows.
