Toggle the shortcut overlay for Local Adjustments?

I am very sorry for the silly question, but I searched for 30 minutes now and cannot find the answer.

How do I switch on the little help menu that overlays the picture in the bottom right corner while doing local adjustments? I am talking about the panel that displays the various short cuts, such as “alt-click to protect an area”. It is very useful but does get in the way sometimes. I now switched it off and can’t for the life of me get it back. Help me out please?

did you look for the right click, and then question mark when local adjustment is active. That’s on windows machine
