Was going to give Phot lab a go after watching a video that offered a 15% discount code but get the message above in title, I have never owned Photo Lab but do have Pure Raw so am a new customer to Photo Lab?
Unfortunately my experience is that you only get to use a lot of these discount codes if you’re a brand-new DxO customer, but whether you’ve gotten that particular software title before or not seems to not matter.
Only solution is use another emailadress to create a new account
