I just purchased pure raw 6. I keep getting the “These images are either not supported or have already been processed in DxO PureRaw, or the files may be corrupted” error, even on photos I have not previously edited. I’m running Lightroom classic 15.4 and pure raw raw 6.31. The images were shot on a Sony A7rv with a Tamron lens. During the trial period, it found and downloaded camera and lens profiles and I never had this issue but after purchase today, I’ve gotten it 90% of the time. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling pure raw, and restarted my computer. Any suggestions?
I get the same error launching PureRaw evaluation (latest version) from Lightroom Desktop 9.4. If I open PureRaw directly I can open and process the images fine. Canon EOS R6 mk III + 100-500mm lens.
What was the version number of the trial? Have you tried removing 6.3.1 and installing the older version? Your purchased license key should activate the older version…..
