months ago support tickets could not be viewed on the website.
Today I submitted a new ticket, and the links in the confirmation mail still result in error “temporarily unavailable” messages.
Is this really “temporary” or is the support system permanently broken?
And wasn’t there a phone support in the past?
Due to the fact that we have customers that span the globe, we don’t provide support by phone. We provide all of our customer support online via tickets, such as these.
If you have opened a ticket, and want to hear from us, just reply to the last email you received and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Concerning the page allowing to follow the tickets, this one is as indicated in maintenance and it should be available again in the coming weeks (probably early 2022) because the Helpcenter will soon change for a better user experience. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
