Support Request Fiasco

I’ve spent the last 1.5 hours attempting a Support request;

I put the Product, DXO Pure Raw, in the required space, but when I click the “Submit” link, the worthless interface “dumps” the selection, and I get a red lettered notification that I must have a Product selected.

I’m new to DXO, but it strikes me as “one of those” “User nightmare” sites!!!

Yep—-I put in request earlier in the week, but still haven’t received a response. Love the Nik tools, but not a fan of their Support right now.
