Support is not reacting on license reactiviation

Be careful! If you change the computer or you try to activate another computer you can loose your activation in whole. The support does not exist or is never reacting on your request. Do Not upgrade! The same will happen…

Sadly, I’m not surprised. I don’t use PureRaw, but I have used PhotoLab since v1 and every time I’ve needed to move one of my activations to another computer it’s been a struggle, involving waiting, multiple mails back and forth, and unreasonable requirements (that I’ve refused; for example, allow DxO to examine my previous computer, as if they’ve never heard of restoring a disk from a backup image, or a disk/computer failing for that matter), before they’ve eventually relented.

All I can say is that you have to be very patient/persistent. DxO treats paying customers with great suspicion.

To be fair, I had some activation issues once and they reacted in one day.

They also responded relatively quickly in my case, but it’s still been a struggle from there to get them to actually release the activation.

A PureRaw license allows for two activations. If you only activated it one time prior to attempting to install it on this other computer then you are entitled to one more activation.
