Support Down? Get Access to support denied error

I need to deactivate PureRAW 4 in my old laptop that died so that I can activate it in my new laptop. After filling out the form with a bunch of useless information such as when I purchased the product, how much I paid, etc. I try to submit and gen an error message of:

Access to support.dxo.com was denied, you do not have the user rights to view this page. Seriously? I guess the significant amount of money I have spent on their products does not give me access to send in a support request. Frustrating!

Does anyone know of any other means of reaching out to support?

support.dxo.com works fine for me.

On support.dxo.com, go to the part shown below and press “Show”

Then, log in with your SHOP account credentials and you should be able to access your tickets.

If it’s your first request, use this instead (and use your SHOP account credentials)

Forgot that Forum and Shop are two different accounts.

Thank you. I actually had tried to use the Send a Request link, but once I got done filling in all the required information (some irrelevant to my request) it would come up with the error. I tried different browsers, no luck.

I tried again today, and it worked.
