I propose that DxO add a feature that removes banding and other repetitive pattern issues. Later on, the removal could be extended to non-repetitive patterns.
I can’t vote for this, the vote button says ‘Limit’ and the hover-over pop-up says I have “0 votes left”.
Yet I can’t remember the last time I voted for a feature request, since my time here has shown me it’s a futile exercise, nothing ever comes of such voting. At least not in any sort of reasonable time scale.
Thus I deduce DxO have crippled the voting system, since nothing ever comes of such voting, at least not in any sort of reasonable time scale.

When votes were introduced one person had only (5?) votes and later, that limit was lifted. It still seems to exist at a higher number though. Removing votes is possible but awkward.
As for implementations: I’ve seen FRs come to life, but as you write, it took a long time.
