I love this app, except for the interface clutter. How hard would it be to program an “L” command that hides everything but the photo, as in Lightroom? Or an F” command that cycles to a minimal darkroom interface, as in Photoshop? This is an image editor; sometimes (often) you don’t want to see anything but the image.
For that matter, it would be really nice to have a command that hides all of the U-Points until you want to see them again. Say, “H”? For now, getting rid of them requires clicking elsewhere, or moving the mouse to the right place, etc. These two issues have driven me crazy for years; I was hoping that Nik 8 would finally address them.
All of these keys are unbound at the moment. They’re available. This would be a trivial fix.
