Silver Efex has gone AWOL on my Collection6

I have Collections6 and suddenly out of the blue Silver efex it is not there. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, cleaning tool over and over but not sure if it actually worked as I am no further ahead. Any clues out there as to what next to try. TIA
