On above configuration when I open a raw file (or indeed Tiff file) I get a sort of pastel representation of the image which totally blurred. Any fixes anyone?
Hi. I ran into this same problem with Sharpener Pro as well as Dfine and reported it to DxO a couple of weeks ago. Until a fix is available, I found I could run the apps using the Mac mini M1’s Rosetta emulation and they work correctly that way.
If you don’t know how to do that:
- Use Mac’s Finder and go to Applications.
- In the Nik Collection folder, right-click on the Sharpener Pro application and select “Get Info”.
- Select the “Open using Rosetta” checkbox to turn on Rosetta emulation for the app.
- Close the dialog box and try Sharpener Pro again.
Hope that helps!

Cheers! Thanks for the response. Glad you reported it.
