I’m still among those who preferred the filter in PL4 to the one in PL5, but, taking the PL5 filter at face value, I still have an issue with the filter option for “Images generated by DxO Photolab”: it doesn’t distinguish between TIFs and JPEGs. This isn’t a big problem for me because I don’t save JPEGs in the same folders as RAW files, so anything the filter finds when I’m in the RAW folders will be a TIF (in my case when I process an image using a Nik module) and I rarely process from JPEGs so I don’t often generate TIFs in the same folder as JPEGs. But anyone who’s generating TIFs and JPEGs in the same folder is likely to want to be able to separate them with the filter.
