Sensitivity of sliders with graphic tablet

Can it be that the sensitivity of the sliders in PhotoLab is worse than in other programs when using a graphics tablet. I have compared PhotoLab with Affinity Photo here (PhotoLab left, Affinity right):

The sliders in Affinity are more sensitive than in Photolab.
Of course all driver settings for Huion Inspiroy WH1409 V2 are identical.
Has anyone had similar experiences?

Could someone from DxO please comment on this. Is the poor responsiveness of PL to pens known? This problem occurs not only with a Huion tablet, but also with a Wacom, both with Windows 10.
Is the responsiveness better with macOS?
