Selective use of DXO Clear View Plus

Is it possible to use the DxO Elite-DxO ClearView Plus tool as a local adjustment?

I have a photograph of a Red-Tail Hawk with a fog background. When I apply ClearView tool, it enhances the appearance of the hawk, but takes away the fog background.

Is it possible to use the ClearView Plus tool selectively?

Yes, it’s possible as ClearView is also a part of Local corrections:
