I always have problems with scrolling on Mac:

  1. Cannot scroll to zoom. You need to hold the command key and scroll. On windows you can simply scroll

  2. You cannot scroll through the filmstrip. (only horizontal scrolling works but you cannot simply scroll with the mouse wheel.

The only zoom I need on a regular basis is the 100% view. For which a doubleclick is quick enough. In some other photo editors it’s also not possible to zoom in, but thanks for mentioning the option key.

FWIW: Both the behaviours you describe above (as being desirable) work that way on the Win version.
(One can also use the Cmd/Ctrl key - but it’s not necessary to do so).
