Hello. New here, just purchased DXO PL 8. Think I found a bug.
I edited an image and then I wanted to apply the same edits to another image. When I right click directly on the image and choose “Copy corrections” and then right click on the second picture, the “Paste corrections” menu is grayed out.
But if I select the image and then choose copy / paste from the top meny (rather than from the right click menu) it works as intended.
Is this a bug or user error? I’m using a Mac mini m1 with the latest osx, and the latest version of DXO PL…
Thank you
It must be the latest version, I downloaded and installed it yesterday. I bought the DXO Photolab 8 Elite. The files are located on a 7,2 inch sata USB harddrive enclosure connected to my Mac mini m1 running the latest OSX. The format of both files are DNG files (originally ARW files, shot on my Sony A7r IVa).
The corrections included mostly color and sharpness corrections and some noice corrections.
But as I said, I can copy and paste the corrections successfully if I choose from the top window menu rather than from the mouse right click menu if you understand what I mean. Hope this helps
I’m using Sonoma 14.4.1 and DXO Photolab 8 Elite 8.1.0 Build 35. I thought I’d record a screen recording of the error. The error was present at first, but I messed up the recording and at the second try, the error didnt happen, so now the right click menu can copy and paste corrections. Sorry guys, I dont know why this is. But if I encounter it again, I’m going to try to catch it on a screen recording for you to see.
Wonderful! That confirms what I found but, I never tested resizing to cure it because the next time I tried to reproduce the problem, it wasn’t there. Please report this, stressing it is intermittent and not easily reproducible.
