Ricoh GR IIIx + GT-2 "Cannot prepare transform object"

Hi. My Ricoh GR IIIx works fine with the DXO Photolab, but when I use the GT-2 adapter with camera, my DNG files don’t display for editing. Just a gray screen and the error “Cannot prepare transform object.”
Apparently, some kind of profile is needed and it hasn’t been created yet?

The camera body is either supported or not, regardless of lens. That and the error message you’re seeing suggest that you’ve found a bug. Report it through support.dxo.com.

I am encountering similar issues with some DNG files taken with a Leica SL2-S. This camera is officially supported and the vast majority of the pictures taken with it open just fine. Was it confirmed that this is a bug ?
