Hi. My Ricoh GR IIIx works fine with the DXO Photolab, but when I use the GT-2 adapter with camera, my DNG files don’t display for editing. Just a gray screen and the error “Cannot prepare transform object.”
Apparently, some kind of profile is needed and it hasn’t been created yet?
The camera body is either supported or not, regardless of lens. That and the error message you’re seeing suggest that you’ve found a bug. Report it through support.dxo.com.
