Support staff may have some suggestions. Perhaps a config file could be missing or corrupted. Re-installing the software may reset this strange behavior.

There is definitely a corruption somewhere. Have you tried reinstalling PhotoLab? When you attempt to reinstall it over the same version it automatically gives you a repair option. Make sure you select repair, not remove. See the attached image.

Iām happy that using the repair option fixed the problem. I donāt think most users know that the repair option is available. If instead you had uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoLab, it probably would have also fixed the problem.
