Please a a release date to the Release notes
This forum isn’t actively monitored by DxO, so it’s unlikely this kind of request will reach them.
It’s a bit more work, but you can often find out when specific versions of PhotoLab etc. were released by searching for topics about it on this forum. Someone here tends to spot and flag it to the rest of us on the same day that it goes live.
DxO has disclosed that they read posts here - but we don’t know to what extent. A request like this can be sent directly to DxO via support.dxo.com. They usually respond to such requests. Just be sure to compose the request using the right category for software documentation or online product materials.
Their tough luck. Emailing DxO usually results in an unsatisfactory interaction, as far as requests some intern will just move your email to read with no action.
What might work is a feature request. I’ll give you an upvote @dagerber
Sadly agreed.
They did reply on my most recent support request (changing Lens Sharpness Optimisation in a mask causes massive lag on my system) but couldn’t replicate it and wanted me to submit system reports that looked at other software I have installed on my system (e.g. Adobe).
Not comfortable sharing the findings of something that snoops on anything besides DxO software with DxO so that’s where it ended.
As I suggested, don’t direct the support request to software support (PhotoLab). Different people handle online documentation and promotional literature.
