Hi all, I am currently using my Fuji XT-5 among others. I am using several Macs with my Adobe software and the DXO plugin
I had been using Pure Raw 4 with no issues. Unfortunately I recently purchased the 5.4 upgrade and it absolutely stinks, and full of bugs.
I tried reaching out to DXO with absolutely NO response.
They apparently do not care about their customers, and as soon I find a better alternative I am gone for good. In the meanwhile is there anywhere I and re-download the previous version?

If you have a license for PR4, you can find the download link in the purchasing confirmation email.

However, why isn’t the download link available in my DxO account?
When an app is upgraded, the entry in the account is usually removed.
For several and other reasons, it pays to keep the license codes and download links somewhere separate, e.g. in a human readable file.
Other than that, you might find an installer download in your backup.MacOS also adds the link to the installer’s metadata:
Please note that the download link always provides the latest version of a release. For older versions, search your backups.
