PureRAW4 stalls after running once

Every time I run PureRAW from Lightroom it takes much longer to process an image. First time takes 20 seconds, second time several minutes, third time, I need to abort. It just sits there , no CPU used, alternating with 100% GPU used by File Saving process and no GPU at all (stalled)
Sometimes exiting and running LR again, corrects the problem

I’m experiencing a similar issue with the standalone version. After installing, the application launches once and, after closing it, does not start again. Only way to use it is to re-install which is pretty annoying. Am running it on macOS Sonoma 14.3.1.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I have same issues as madeinlisboa.
I have a Windows10 desktop, Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 32 GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 1650 GPU. Operating system and programs on Samsung SSD.
This works fine for PR2.

Running into the same problem.
Killing the app in task manager fixes the problem, but it is not acceptable that this bug, that I already experienced in PR3, is still not fixed.

Overall I love the results of PR4 but hate how buggy and slow the software is.

If this is not resolved before PR5 next year I will not upgrade or use the software any more. The competition is catching up at any rate and they don’t have these long lasting issues…

I’m wondering what GPU you are using for export. You are aware of this requirement?

I’m using a rtx 2070 super which performs basically as well as a 2080 in all regards, so it seems I meet the requirements.

That should be fine. Now check in preferences and make sure that your 2070 is chosen. If not, choose it specifically, reboot your computer and try again.

I’ve gone through all of these steps several times before since PR3. The problem is never in a setting…it’s the software.

That is “recommendation”, not “requirement”.

I keep getting errors. It sometimes runs successfully, but then fails on all of the files.

Thanks BigBlue for your response but the fact is that that video card is marginal at best and any help from anywhere else would be appreciated. After-all the distinction between “required” and “recommended” is quite small.
