I previously used a trial of PureRAW with no problem and decided to buy the full package to denoise my photography today. I am NOT a tech person. Anytime I try and process a photo in the program, it gets stuck and just continues to add time. No matter how long I wait, it just keeps adding time and not moving. I’m super frustrated because I just spent a lot of money on this program and it’s not working even though it should. I’m using a MacBook with 8gb of ram, which is the minimum requirement. Can anyone help me? Thanks

If the trial version worked perfectly, then your bought and paid for software should too. Unless a Mac user can come up with a suggestion, you should contact DxO Support via their website.
@hollyvn.photo , how did you switch from trial to bought version?
- By entering the license number in the respective field of the trial version
- By downloading a different version of DPR and entering your license number
I had cases, in which I had to thoroughly remove leftovers of DxO apps in order to make a new install work properly. Note that the DPR uninstaller does not completely remove all of DPR’s components. The leftovers need some manual labour!
Which version(s) of the DPR apps were/are you talking about?
