Ich habe gerade wieder die Werbung für PureRaw 6 erhalten. Ich nutze PhotoLab 9 Elite in der jeweils aktuellen Version.
Beinhaltet diese Software jeweils auch die aktuelle PureRaw-Version oder muss ich diese zusätzlich kaufen?
DxO regularly releases the latest version of PureRAW in the spring and PhotoLab in the fall. If you’re curious and feel like you’re missing out, give it a try. – As always, test it before you buy.
Keep in mind, however, that they are separate applications, and you’ll end up using features twice.

PureRAW can contain features that are slightly ahead of the corresponding feature in PhotoLab. From my own point of view, there is no reason other than spending money or being someone who has to have it all to buy both products.
Nobody and nothing forces you to get it. Try it (as @Wolfgang proposes) and move on with PhotoLab.
