Hi I have just bought pureraw 6 downloaded it and installed it but it wont start just the splash screen appears for a second then disappeared so I have read this forum to search for a answer and searched the internet for pureraw 6 version 6.0 ? And now I believe pureraw 6.4.1 will work on my pc but cant find the installer anywhere if some kind person will share it will me I would be very grateful ! Thanks to all and take care
Maybe your problem is related to NVIDIA driver 616.56?

You would think a company like dxo would keep previous versions on there site incase this problem arises until they make a fix ? It’s not rocket science ?
No, a company like DxO (“It’s our way or the highway.”) would never do that.
Non-sequitur if the problem is with the nVidia driver. Back-step that, not PureRAW. Or is something missing from one of the previous posts?
Good advice would be to backup your own software when upgrading.

A new version was released today v6.6.1
Plus PR5.14 and 4.19, with release notes mentioning the issue with NVIDIA 616.56.
New NVIDIA Studio driver 616.92 was also released today, just 14 days after previous.
I was a bit perturbed by DXO’s decision to not archive previous versions. Most bigger players, such as the Linux vendors, Apple, Microsoft (?) all keep archives of previous versions. I don’t really understand the rationale to NOT archive previous releases.
I don’t claim to understand it either, but I’ve been active on this forum for long enough to know that DxO have their way of doing things and are unmoved by what customers may expect as ‘common sense’.
your software is quite obviously in beta ? I will expect your reply soon thanks ? Really disappointed in the way you operate ?

Thanks m8 my comment is ment for dxo only and I thank you all who has tried to help I have messaged them and ask for a refund how can you sell software which is in beta all the time it makes no sense or the option of down loading a old version that works till they do a fix ? I will never buy of these people again FACT
I would like the whole topic to be deleted, as it brings nothing useful for the community. It’s focused on proving that DxO is “guilty” without decent rationale rather than explaining fully what the problem is and how to fix it. Pure noise.
@Wlodek I disagree with you it shows how dxo as a company cant deal with basic problems and proves that they are selling beta software at a premium price I have ask for a full refund and it takes days to make a decision ? And I ask for a link to version pureraw 6.4.1 to try as I got pureraw 6 .0 to work but very slow . I will keep you informed on the communications thanks

Hi pureraw version 6.0 is working fine but the laytest version just goes to splash screen then crashes ? I have joing the dxo forum and people are saying pureraw version 6.4.1 is working fine have you got a link so I can use that till you get the fix thanks

Hi all after a few weeks of research I have found the fix for my splash screen boot up ?
Go to this website Latest Windows App SDK downloads - Windows apps | Microsoft Learn
And get the laytest build install it first then install dxo pureraw 6.6.11 now it boots up ok hope this helps someone thanks for looking
